Questions sellers ask

Can I sell if there’s finance on it?

Yes. We settle it with the lender and pay you what’s left. If you owe more than the car is worth, you pay us the difference.

How and when am I paid?

By bank transfer, when we collect or you drop it off, before the car leaves you. If there’s finance to settle, we’ll talk you through the timings.

What do I need to bring?

The V5C logbook, both keys, the service history and photo ID.

Is there a fee?

No admin fee, no collection charge and nothing taken off at the end. The price we agree is the price you get, as long as the car is as you described it.

Do you collect?

Yes, from anywhere in the UK, free. Or bring it to us at Orgreave Way, Sheffield S13 9LS.

Why didn’t it give a price for my car?

Some cars need a person to look first: no service history, higher-value cars and a few makes. Send the form anyway and we’ll come back to you with a figure.
